• • Responsibilities:
• • Initial Training for 6 weeks
• • Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding technical queries and solve them in the best manner
• • Escalate more complex issues to the technical department as required
• • Document and update the CRM with the required information to ensure a proper follow up till the ticket is fully solved
• • Identify opportunities for upselling/crosselling
