Requirements:

Arbutus College is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment Manager for the Balkans Region. The selected candidate will operate from within one of the countries in the Balkans and play a crucial role in expanding our student base through effective recruitment strategies.

• • Informative Sessions: Conduct informative sessions at schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote Arbutus College programs and engage with potential students.
• • Agency Management: Build and maintain relationships with educational agencies and partners in the Balkans region to facilitate the recruitment process.
• • New Agent Consecution: Actively seek and secure partnerships with new agents to expand the network of recruitment channels.
• • Training: Provide training and support to agents, ensuring they are well-informed about Arbutus College programs, admission procedures, and other relevant details.
• • Market Research: Stay informed about the educational landscape and market trends within the Balkans region to identify opportunities for recruitment and potential challenges.
• • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as admissions, marketing, and academic departments to ensure seamless coordination in the recruitment process.
• • Event Coordination: Plan and organize events, fairs, and workshops to showcase Arbutus College offerings and interact with prospective students.

Benefits:

The Student Recruitment Manager position for the Balkans Region at Arbutus College is offered on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will be engaged in a mutually agreed-upon contract, outlining the terms and conditions of the employment relationship. The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a set annual salary of EUR18,500 Euro.
